The Cake World — Late delivery and ignorance | |||||
Yesterday I ordered 2kg Black forest and told them to bring it at 10:30. It did not arrive at said time so I called them and they said it'll come in more 10 minutes. After that when we called them again they did not pick our call. When we tried from other numbers they picked the call but as soon as they knew it was us they cut the call. We called them around 100 to 150 times but they did not attend it. It was our teachers last day in school and because of you guys, the day was wasted. They brought the cake at 11:45 after our school got over. I request the heads to take some action for wasting our time and spoiling our day. If no action is taken, I'm serious that I'll make sure none of the students in Chennai will buy cakes from cakeworld. Pls take action on the person using this number-[protected].
