The Cake World — No commitment maintained on delivery repeated incident | |||
The cakeworld @ madipakkam branch, is not maitaining the commitment with the customers while delivering cake. on oct 1st evening 6.30 we ordered 2.5kg cake, from morning we were follow up with them, till 7pm cake not delevered. at 7.05pm when we called, the person @ cakeworld madipakkam saying no delivery we need to pick frm shop when we went to shop, for 2.5 kg there is no box to keep the keep to deliver. very worst customer service. this happened to us for second time.
