I had ordered for a 1.5kg cake and with specific mention of how the name had to be written on the cake. I was too particular about the name and it's appearance as it was for my daughter's birthday and wanted her to feel special.
But, when i had reached the the branch to take the delivery, what i saw on the was just a shocker. The name was written pretty normally while that was the only thing i was specific about. When questioned they were trying to make it up saying they will add the specification to the top of the cake which had some empty space for writing. I said no and then, they stated they rub the entire name and write it again, which for sure would have only spoiled the look of the complete cake and hence, i said no again.
But this service to customer is pathetic and only shows complete disrespect to consumer request.
