Sir we customer and statusable buissness person at kumbakonam and we met some insulted by some of your supervisors during your product exchange at your place not even went out from shop please warn mr prabakaran working at ground floor or you never shine your buissness at kumbakonam. And these type people not make your store like lucky silks and make co workers also not encouraged. Laxmi is the biggest shop at once and also centre at kumbakonam. I bought one over coat for me on Dec 10.After purchasing that I went to hydrabad, I didt check the size of that coat during purchase when I return I checked the coat and I come to know that size is too small for me.i want to exchange that...what can I do now???

Had worst service experience. I vow never to buy again from Chennai silks and would strongly advise all my near and dear to avoid this shop
