The Commissioner, GHMC — why ghmc rejected name correction on

Respected commissioner, ghmc,

Mother name was wrongly spelled on my daughter's date of birth certificate (Even though the hospital sent the correct name).

We thought that it might be a data entry error and applied for correction which cost us the notary fee, correction fee and waste of time.

But still the correction form was rejected without any reason.

I want know why the correction form was rejected. Application id is: cbd[protected]
