We have been complaining about GHMC menace in the society since 4th July 2021 . But the same has been not attended so far.

M/s. RLR infra represented by its owner Satya Narayana Raju and his brother Varma, occupied the municipal road unauthorisedly by constructing ramp out side the road which is creating problem for vehicle moment
And pedestrian move both.. daily there are so many fightings happening between neighbours for movement of cars and public roads while parking..
When we approach them for cutting the ramp and clear the road, they are very Arrogant and saying " yes, we have occupied the road, give complaint as you wish, you can't do anything""

This is how they are doing goondaism
and threating for life's also..

Please do visit the site and assess the situation and remove the encroachment..

There are 3 to 4 dogs which are creating hell of trouble to the locals here.they tear into garbage bags and litter the entire road..they pounce upon the passers by carrying food.they have become a menace.kindly press dogs squad into service and see that they are handed over to animal care center..this is my second comaint.

We are the residents of Lakshmi Nagar Colony, Shaikpet. We want to bring to your notice that there is unauthorized rooms construction going on in our colony Park-1 (Which is under GHMC). The person Mr. Nagi Reddy, forcefully made the park care taker to vacate the earlier room by demolishing it on his own. Now he is constructing rooms for his personal purpose. He in the past also constructed a shed in the park and named it after his wife. I am astonished how any individual can do such things on his own and get away with it. He feels he is non questionable and thinks he is above law and regulations. Request you to please look into this and do the needful at the earliest.

Respected sir, overflowing of public drain, it causes of affecting viral fevers in my area. Kindly attend the cases immediately.

There is a construction of a 3+ storey building in our locality and the owner of this building stays adjacent to the plot. Recently there have been slums/labourers who were brought in by the owner and they started residing within the under-construction house. This is causing a nuisance and problem to the residents living in the locality because of their unhygenic nature; they pass urine, excreta and spit wherever they want which might lead to more unhygenic problems; especially in these corona (pandemic) times.
Could you kindly look into this?
A small request is we would like to be anonymous as we donot want to spoil the relationships with the society; and the owner doesn't pay attention or try to listen to our pleads inspite of informing them.
So, hoping you would take our request into consideration..

Sir, house construction work is in progress but buliding material on footpath and they have not errect temporary screen and there is no safety and security to pedestrains and neighbours l told him twice but they are not lessionig and they are telling give complain. Please look into the matter.

Yesterday one builder has dig a borewell and that borewell wasted powder has left on the road only... And small kids ladies and others are facing very difficulty..
And also all the drainage lines are overflow due to that powder...
I kindly request you to come and take action against such a builder who is irresponsible...

This is to bring to your kind notice, regarding overflowing manhole due to backflow of sewage water from the sewer drain manhole during peak times morning hours 9:00 to 11: 30 am and evening around 4 to 5: 45 pm on a daily basis.
At the residential location behind janapriya mahanagar new balaji nagar (V) balapur (M) rangareddy (Dt) -500097.
Manhole location near plot no. 245/p.
This continuous backflow of sewage water, which is diverted to nearby open plots next to the plot no. 245 where this sewage water is getting accumulated and has become mosquitos breeding ground with a foul smell.
This matter was reported to concern municipal authorities through new balaji nagar owners welfare association (Regd no.149) several times, but so far no action has been taken, now and then since past 5 years, some officials visit to take some measurements of the manhole location till the turning point of the lyceum school which is nearby.
Sir, your kind intervention is very much required to take appropriate action to solve this issue of main drain pipeline indent level is not proper due to which backflow takes place.
Your quick action in this regard will be highly appreciated, sir...

It's been days iam watching these street lights on in the moning till 9-10am. No one is responding even though i complained about this earlier. This is a kind request and please do consider this message and solve the problem and save the city, keep it green.
This is happening in many areas and this picture is taken in hafeezpet division. The time is also mentioned in the attached picture.

This is to inform you about the raising concern in the state about dengue deaths. I have made so many complaints for mosquito fogging in the area but there is no action for the same.
There are about 10-12 cases reported in our locality and death of 2-3
There is a graveyard behind which leads to more mosquito increasing
Please take some action asap

With reference to the above subject, i (Senior citizen 76 years old, would like to bring to your kind notice that during the construction of our house way back in the year[protected] a portion of the compound wall was damaged, now due to the nuisance of residents of other area (Dumping of waste age, drying cloths, etc), i plan to construct the compound wall which the residents of other side of nala are opposing and abusing, fighting with me.
I seek your kind intervention in solving this issue and to allow me to proceed with the construction of the compound wall that will also help in securing my borewell.

We are staying with small child and old age persons in our area and we are suffering from fever’s because of staging of drainage water and there is lot of mosquitoes are coming in our house and also getting water smiled.

Note: please requesting our good office to help me about this issue and save our families from fever’s

We sincerely request to take the matter as urgent and please take action against on them.

Our area (Medibavi, sitaphalmandi) garbage lifting is not done properly. Garbage lifting is done once in 4-5 days, and this is causing foul smell and flies in house. Keeping the garbage for 4-5 days might spread diseases and germs. I would request garbage lifting to be done one day after the other. So that we can keep things and our surrounding clean. I would request immediate action and the guy who is lifting the garbage doesnot respond to our request. We have been asking him to come day after other but he is rude in his behaviour

Sir, ramakrishna puram alkapuri main road in saroor nagar area recently new footpath with good quality is layed spending significant public money. But it's totally useless as they have cleared steps from stores, boards, local vendors while laying the footpath. Really surprised how someone approved this work that wasted so much govt/public money. The main road is narrow and busy, earlier atleast this footpath space was useful for 2 wheeler parking, now totally it's unusable space as no way to walk on it. Please take immediate action on the concerned people and also get the footpath cleared to make it useful.

Am a resident of venkatdari nagar near fox sagar, in our area there is no proper road facility is provided, which is troubling more in this raining season so i request you to construct the roads in our area as soon as possible... As well as another issue which we are facing now in the area is increasing of mosquitoes due to lack of fogging in the area.
So i request you to take further steps on my complaint as soon as possible.

We are just behind to graveyard compound wall we are facing to many problem with waste which are are throwing near to our area that is waste of an bead body materials and recently they have have made an grave no long excavation done due so continues rain fall body may not decomposed we are getting very bad smell

I wish to draw your attention towards the poor maintenance of roads and lights in our locality.
The roads in our locality have not been repaired for a long time. There are pits and ditches on the roads everywhere. The condition of the road becomes all the worst during the rainy season. They cause road accident. At night people sometimes stumble down. Moreover, these pits provide breeding ground for the mosquitoes. Thus there is an outbreak of mosquitoes in the locality leading to the spread of malaria.

Besides, most of the street lights in our locality are out of order. Only a few street lights are functioning. It is darkness in the locality. It has caused a spurt in the incidence of crime in the area. People do not find it safe to go out of their houses with the prevailing of darkness. There are frequent incidents of chain snatching in the evening hours. Particularly ladies are unsafe in coming out of their houses in the dark. Snatching, burglary and theft have become the order of the day. The hooligans after committing crimes take advantage of the darkness and safely run away.

I, therefore, request you to kindly take necessary action to mend the ways so that people of the area have good roads and street lights.

Dear sir,

This is w. R. T to the telangana minorities school situated in navya complex moulali. The school authorities have been negligent of cleaning the premises behind the school and educating the children about hygiene.

They have ignored the direct concerns raised about the garbage being dumped and serious case of littering by the children.

Request you to please look into this matter and help resolve my issue since the school is located in a housing area and you are our last hope in finding a resolution.

Sir, this is to get into you notice about the encroachment of park lands at balaji layout, gajularamaram, qutbullapur mandal, we raised the complaint at the concerned authority regarding the same but did not see any support. The person occupied the land which belongs to the society which was notified in the hmda approved layout as green belt, in which there was a transformer installed, alleged person had removed with his influence and constructed the shutters and trying to letout them. Hence we have instituted a civil suit and got the status quo. Despite of court order to maintain the status quo, the alleged person, is still developing the site to letout, kindly intervene and take the necessary action. Following are the details.

I would like to inform you that there is an illegal commercial bore well in bhupesh gupta nagar karmanghat (H. No.[protected] opp. Lane to electric transformer,
Sir they digged 6" bore-well, that is unauthorized. They are selling water to water tankers without permission.
Requested to take immediate action against occupier and remove the illegal bore-well as early as possible.
Request everyone save water, save environment. If we cant stop now, in coming days we can face depleting ground water in our area.

Sir, from last one month in our area, indira nagar behind bada ganesh, khairatabad, we are getting very bad drinking water and it is getting very bad smell i think somewhere some drainage leakage connected to this water supply, thats why we are getting this type of water. Sir here so many are depending this water only so please resolve our problem as early as possible

We have purchased flat in December 2016. Since then there is no parking allotment. But, in January 2019. They he written numbers without calling for the meeting. There is illegal construction of 5th floor, where there is only there for permission for 4 floors. After salling of 5 floor flats. They have written this numbers. Since then demanding for money of 2, 50, 000. Could you please verify and take action on illegal construction and do needful as soon as possible.

Sir, i m ameena ali a resident of fateullah begh lane, panjeshah, kalikaman, lane opp. Mumtaz cafe... Sir no sweeping is done regularly once in 3/4 days sweeping is done due to which garbage is collected everywhere and more over atleast 5/6 drrainage are broken badly causing inconvenience to move in the lane and danger to vehicles.. Residents are carelesly throwing trash n overflowing of sewage..

I, dr g vinay kumar here to inform you that there is so much disturbance and traffic problem around paatha shivalyam temple in ramalayam road, kukatpally during to unauthorized pan shops, pani poor bandis blocking the road and more over pan shop is totally blocking my way to dental clinic, i requested those pan shop person to remove but they are using vulgar language on me and disturbing my work, daily in the night times 4/5druken people come to this panshop for cigerrate s and gutkas, they are misbehaving with girls living nearby ladies hostels, actually there is narrow road to my apartment bcz of this panshop the raod became more narrow even a small car cannot pass through, i complain to nearby police station, si sir said give a complaint to ghmc office, they will take immediate action on this, hence kindly solve this problem as soon as possible, i will attach photo copies of this problem.

I am waiting for the last one hour in the circle 6 ghmc office in abids and there is no internet connection.
There is no response on when it will be restored.
There are many senior citizens waiting for their turn here.
For last two weeks no one worked due to elections and now it is a very sad state of situation that there is no internet.

Typically all such citizen related services should have a backup so that the cititens do not get impacted.
I do not see any alternate connectivity available here.

It minister and ghmc officials should take this seriously in the benefit if all the citizens.

Sir, erection of illegal cell tower on un-authirized construction in a school zone at nizampet. The location of tower is at plot no. 386 reddy's avenue. We have ten kids under age of 5 and aged people above 60 with in 20 meters radius of installed tower. Which is a health hazard. Even more surrprised to see that structural strength certificate acquired for under construction building, panchayat issued noc for illegal construction of g+3 building". Requesting your kind perusal to direct the authorities for necessary action to dismantle the tower.
