I would like you to bring the notice of growth of mosquitoes in my area... I am from old safilguda, dwarakamai colony..in our colony since past one month we are facing a lots of issues with mosquitoes, which may cause health issues. We are unable to control it with jets and coils and it's growth is increasing day by day, due to which we are having a sleepless nights.. So, sir/mam we request you to take a serious action immediately by which no can get health issues like malaria and dengue

Air pollution created by sweepers.
Area: road no: 06, telecom colony, kananjiguda, secunderabad, 500015.
Sweepers come and sweep the roads and lit fire to the dried leaves and paper waste which causes a lot of air pollution and smoke infront of my house.. Inhaling this polluted air is giving us breathing issues and other health issues. We are unable to breath fresh air in the morning. We informed them not to fire up the waste as it is harmful for everyone's health, but they continue to do the same.
Kindly look into this and solve this issue.

I would like to bring to you notice of main road near government school at seethaphalmandi is being utilised for commercial business. The dog owners are being abused and restricted to enter the road by the trader.
The road and footpath is not ment to be utilised for any commercial storage.
Kindly address the issue as it is getting difficult day by day for the commuters.

Dear sir,

A new road was laid from botanical garden main road to pearl village in cmc enclave, masjidbanda. There is a mission bhageeratha water tank in this road. The tank over flows and all the mud gets in to the road. If this is not cleaned and stopped, new road will get potholes in another month or so. This road was laid after 3 years of following. Request you to look into this.

There is drainage on road upto 3 feet which is causing all commuters and residents problem.. With lot of smell and people cant walk through it. Complaint already raised 2 days back and no action taken. Actual issue was drainage was blocked and water went into one apartment they raised complaint two days back and as this was not addressed they diverted it onto road.

I'm really disappointed with ghmc not taking any action even after repeated complaints from several months and also ignoring high court notice (W. P. No. 36184 of 2018) to remove violations of neighbor from the construction plan permit no. — 1/c10/09032/2018 at h. No: 7-1-307/14/a, sanath nagar. They are not answering to my rti queries directly about their inaction but asking to provide more documents without specifying what exactly they are looking for.. Wierd and pathetic.

They are causing lot of nuisance and privacy breach and not — answering directly to my rti query

Dear sir,

Sub: - regarding dog-bite on 6-1-2019

1) i am an 88 years old man. While i was returning from a xerox shop, by walk on 6-1-2019 to my house on road no.8, filmnagar, a dog came from behind and bit me on the right calf, resulting in bleeding. After biting me, the dog went to the house situated adjacent to and on the northern side of the house of dr. V prabodh chandra reddy bearing the block no. C-26.

I don't know the name of the dog owner, but i learnt that he is the owner of a biscuit factory. On the compound wall of the said house, there is no name or house no. Plate. It is a building of stone structure with brown color. There are coconut saplings in the compound.

2) immediately after the incident, i was rushed to casualty ward of apollo hospital, filmnagar, by a friend, where i was treated with a set of four injections. I was asked to take further four injections on the dates specified in the discharge summary, i am herewith enclosing copies of the discharge summary, and two medical bills for your kind perusal.

3) per the neighbors in my street, this is not the first incident. The same dog has apparently bitten several people in my street, as the dog owner is letting the dog unattended onto the street, without any concern for passers-by. On top of this, the dog owner has no remorse or empathy for the people bitten by his dog and talks recklessly.

4) in view of the above, i request that ghmc officials capture the dog immediately, otherwise this will lead to frequent dog bites for passers-by, including school children who walk by.

Dear Sir,
Road construction started in our area 2 months before and only completed half of it.Till now no change in it and we are still facing issues.there is also government school in this area (Venkata Reddy colony) and students are facing many difficulties.
Please look into the issue.
Before this complaint we have raised many complaints and till now no action taken against to it.we are really disappointed and unhappy with this service from municipality.
Hope issue is resolved this time and we will be happy with the result.

Mother name was wrongly spelled on my daughter's date of birth certificate (Even though the hospital sent the correct name).

We thought that it might be a data entry error and applied for correction which cost us the notary fee, correction fee and waste of time.

But still the correction form was rejected without any reason.

I want know why the correction...

Hi,

There is a lot being going at asif nagar, near to mehdipatnam natraj nagar area.

People come and park vehicles near residence making difficult for the residential people to park their own vehicles.

There are furniture shops which works till late in the night and people sit and drink and also loiter even though the garbage bin is removed.

Residents here are unable to come outside due to these situations.

Complained a lot on stray dogs but none of the ghmc people came to address the issue.

Garbage is thrown where ever is possible. It is becoming a problem for us to stay and come out.

There are infinity emails sent to ghmc to look into the issue. But none of them bother.

Roads were dugged for drainage pipeline till now a new road is not laid yet.

Whom should we complaint about this.

There are rocks all over the road in vijayanagar colony road number1, kukatpally, opposite of patel kunta huda park. People dumped rocks, debris on center and sides of this road and not cleared. Six months ago ghmc dug the whole road for laying pipe line and never rebuilt the road and on top of it, people are dumping rocks and debris. It is a great inconvenience and nobody bothers to clean it up. Ghmc workers come rarely here to clean the roads.

There is no employee/caretaker/groundsman working in the central excise colony open badminton court at baghamberpet, hyderabad for the past four months. The present employee has been transferred and no replacement has been taken place so far. Therefore, the authorities in ghmc sports divn. Are requested to appoint a groundsman/caretaker immediately to solve the problem.

This complaint is to bring to your notice that we are facing much trouble by the increase in the number of street dogs at below given address. They are wild and chasing people including infants and kids. Please consider our situation as serious and send dog van to catch them as early as possible. Hoping for prompt response from your side.

1. please refer my previous complaint on the subject, my complaint number is [protected].. Till now nothing happened, but on 12 Nov 18, almost after 4 months, i get a SMS through a phone from GHMC office that, it has been resolved. As i enquired back when nothing happened, i got a reply from GHMC oerator that it is the remarks of ACP Madhavi to close it and very coolly the operator is saying that, if it is not resolved PUT IT ONCE AGAIN.
2. I personally met ACP madhavi mam twice in her office and twice i handed over written complaints. She personally assured that the enchrochment would be removed, but till now nothing happened.
3. i am a senior officer, serving in defence and with great difficulty, we purchased that site fpr special purpose (plot No 1 in venkusa esttates next to MB darga KOWKUR). All these things i exlained to other senior officers in GHMC alwal but nothing happened till now despite their strong assurance.4. i am encosing my written complaint also in photo 5. Sir, he demanded 2 lakhs rupees to our building permission. We paid him one lakh and we told him that the remaining 1 lakh we will pay after obtaining the building permission.

We have proof of one lakh rupees paid to sri. Venkat ram reddy, acp, secundrabad zonal office: video clip.

Now after one week he is telling us that we have to give 1 lakh rupees to the local bjp mla laxman for his party election fund.

We surprised that being an employ of trs government sri. Venkat ram reddy, acp, secundrabad zonal office is supporting bjp mla and being a govt. Employ he should not support or canvas for any party in the elections.

We are poor middle class people, i am living with my retirement money and i purchased this land with my retirement money,

We never thought that in trs government the government employees are so highly corrupted.

Want to express our concern about the illegal construction in front of our house which was done by the resident who are staying opposite to our house.This property has encroached the public pathway occupying about 4-5 feet road and road leading to the interior of the community, making the interior residents life miserable and making us inaccessible to basic emergency vehicles.
Request you to please take the necessary action against Venkatesh and help us to solve the issue. We tried to convince him explaining about the problem but there was no response still continuing with illegal construction occupying the road.

A sneha chicken shop has opened in a house on rent and running from few months and due to that we are facing many problem as following:-

1). Very bad and unhygienic smell comes from chicken shop.
2). Wastage of chicken comes out from shop and some times near to door bring by animal.
3). Slaughtering and chopping sound of chicken make fear to children and disturb.
4). Very unpleasant feeling for someone while passing from the road / street.
5). Often dog wondering & stay near to chicken shop that make feel to unsafe while passing from the road /street.
6) if they have licence i wanted to know in residential area how can they get lience.
This is our humble request and hope to you please make it to either shift the shop to appropriate suitable place or shutdown it permanently.

Dear sir I sushmitha residing in laxminagar we are facing problems due to one of the person balraj milk vendor is tying the buffaloes in the street. We are unable to walk and childrens are facing problems to go to school they are getting various kind of diseases through buffaloes It is located at HNo12-1-489/6, barrela doddi, laxminagar colony, Lalapet, Secunderabad. Earlier we have given so many complaints to the GHMC authorities but no person had taken any action.

Ghmc commissioner sir,

Firstly, thank you for the instant grant of led lights and outdoor volleyball courts in lalapet. I know that you are a avid sportsman and strongly believe that you will take immediate action/steps on the below matter.

I would like to bring this to your notice that few local residents in lalapet are managing ghmc indoor badminton stadium, i. E., collecting fees of rs.500 and advance of rs.1000 from all the players but paying only nominal amount to ghmc, that too only after your visit to the badminton court.

This is been persisting since 2015. (Santosh, nagaraj, kumar, naresh) have formed a association on their own and are laying rules and regulations of their own. They are behaving as if this is their own property and not government's. Ghmc contract employees do not even dare to come inside as these people have given warnings to them not to collect fees from playing members.

Nagaraj has been given a "coach" position although he is not a trained person and he is collecting rs. 2000 per month from children who seeks training. He is also been paid rs.3000 as salary by ghmc. He is not even a district level player and i wonder how he can train children. Please appoint a proper badminton coach to this prof. Jaishankar indoor stadium

My major concern is that they are looting money from normal public and not remitting to the government treasury. Since, we (Indians) are transforming into digital world, isn't there a possibility for making these fee payment through ghmc website by which government gets revenue (Without middlemen) and these people will look out for some real jobs where they can earn/live properly and not minting money through these illegal ways.

I request you to take stern action against these people and ensure that they do not enter into these type of activities.

2. Presently municipal corporation is renewing the sub drainage of bapuji nagar. Since the main road drainage depth is lower than the sub road drainage, the contractor is going to lift the sub-drainage according to the level of main drain. The problem arises here only. If the sub-drains are raises, the outlet drainage of houses would be closed and main drain drainage also flow to sub drain and subsequent to houses.
3. According to the contractor version, within 2 or 3 days concrete work for drainage would be started. We intimated to concern ae of gvmc for our problem. The ae also visited the site, understood the problem and suggested us to bring the issue to commissioner's notice for sanctioning i. E. Lowering of main drain.
4. We therefore, request your good self visit our area and take necessary action to solve the long pending issue i. E. Drainage problem at the earliest. We would be thankful to you for the help rendered.
