The Country Club India — the country club cancel my membership and refund my money back

I m deepesh and my wife name is rita kumar on the date[protected], we got a call from country club stating that we won the lucky draw and they asked us to come and collect the gift, and said we take your 45hrs time for this seminar. When we reached paras down town mall at zirakpur in the country club there they said we had to attend a session which would be formal and mandatory to collect the gift. Me and my wife be both o[censored]s attended the session and they explained us about their offers and packages and they were impressin us with all their facilities and resorts. When we said we will think about this and after take the membership, they said its only that day offer and forced us to take the membership, and said that give a reply yes or no. Between session time, and no time to give think about membership and ask their to our family members. Where they swiped my cc for 60000 ruppees. And take a sign in membership form. I have late for my job.. Later when we reached home and tell about country club to my parents they never to support me and i have a some financial problem so i can't afford to take membership, it already i told to hr manager. It take a excess amount to my monthly budget. So next day i called a sale executive that we can't take this membership and i want my money back. She tell i have no idea regarding money back i take my senior manager. We came to know that we were cheated and asked them to refund the money. But got a response as we have to pay the rest of the amount 60000 and then ask for cancellation. We were not in a position to pay such huge amount. It take a mental tension to us. So i request u to plz refund my money and give a acknowledge for my membership. I don't use your membership next day i informed you.
