What will you receive when you use "The Courier Guy"?
For one, a pathetic customer service. You struggle to get through to the call line, then if they eventually pick up the telephone, no one is competent enough to actually help you.
I asked to be put through to complaints, they refused and said that they will handle the situation, I am still waiting for them to call me back.
Secondly, the Pudo delivery guys are opening the boxes and stealing stuff right out, they don't care how they handle your boxes, throws and kicks it as they see fit. DISGRACEFUL.
I will NEVER in my life use this service again, not the courier guy or the Pudo service.
And if you do not pay attention to this review and still uses this pathetic courier company, well then, a very good luck to you. You will get burned by them. Was this information helpful? |
