I am writing to file a complaint against Dermaco regarding my recent order (Order Number: [protected]).
Here are the details of the issues I have faced:
1-Significant Delays: My order faced significant delays in delivery, resulting in refunds for two of the four products I initially ordered.
2-Damaged Product: Of the two products that were delivered, one of them, a peel solution, arrived damaged with the product spilled inside the box.
3-Lack of Customer Service: Despite multiple attempts to contact Dermaco's customer service via email, phone, and their website's contact form, I have not received any response. The phone numbers I found connected me to random individuals, not actual customer service representatives.
I am extremely frustrated by the lack of communication and the unresolved status of my order. I request an immediate resolution to this matter by either replacing the damaged product or issuing a full refund.
