I have odered 3 products face serum moisturizer and the face wash still the facewash is pending to be delivered other 2 products i have received. i have also mailed them so many times and their customer care number is not working they did'nt pick up the call...

I ordered 3 products of the derma co company 1 face wash 1 face serum and 1 moisturizer but i get only 2 product and 1 is missing the face serum

I am a regular customer of derma co products this time too I ordered vitamin c serum but the serum they sent is of dark orange colour it clearly seems it has bren oxidised there is no complaint number where i can raise my complaint plus i mailed them but no revert as on date. This is how they fooling there regular customer. Either refund my money or send me fresh product

I had ordered serums on the derma co website and received used product. So, went on the website to get a replacement but the agent's (Grima) responses where so delayed. There was no way I could speak to them to top it off they did not help me in anyway just cause the order status was not updated inspite of sending all the pictures. It was a very disgusting experience and will never order from them again.

It's shameful that a reputed company like Derma co is now doing frauds with the customers.Very Disappointing .I ordered on 30th Dec, Value was 1043 RS. Expected delivery date was 4th Jan, After that i received one mail on 31st dec that order didn't deliver due to Office closed.(Is there any sense that they deliver products on Sunday).After that i track the order again they show 4th jan as delivery date & then suddenly i received one mail...

My wife ordered a products pricing 305 rupees, but the product cancelled automatically. She contacted derma co they said the amount will refund within 5-7 working days. Now its 2, 3 weeks gone till now the amount is not refunded. When contacting with derma co they are saying that the amount is refunded. But the amount is not credited to the account till now....

So I ordered two products, happily expecting the free products as well..But Little did I know that my favourite skin care brand will cheat on me and send a product which is a little bit bigger than a pea size.

However, when I called the sweet lady (not her fault) advised that there can be nothing done and it's terms and conditions.

So a little suggestion why wasn't the free products details including Volume written in the cart and in the product details.

I mean Kudos in hiding few important details behind the name of terms and conditions and fooling people.
BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY WE ARE FOOLS, WE DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO READ SUCH A LONG LIST OF Terms and conditions. I MEAN WE ARE BUSY ENOUGH MAKING LIVING RIGHT.

BUT ANYHOW THANKS FOR THE INI MINI MINY THINGS, I WILL TRY USING THEM FOR A DAY AT LEAST.

I ordered a face serum but now it's showing it's delivered but i haven't received it.

I have cancelled an order due to address issues worth 474.05 INR from The Derma Co on 8th September, 2022. I had already paid for the same, so I was supposed to get a refund within 5-7 working days. The promised time period is over and I am still not getting the refund....

I have received fraudulent call from people calling themselves as reputed manager at the derma co and a huge amount was deducted from my account

On date 5 june, i started using derma co 3 products that are kojic acid creme, AHA BHA solution for beginner and 1% hyloronic acid creme .after using these creme no pigmentation is gone but my face further start becoming dark and dark. my order no is [protected].i want solution on thses and my refund.

I hv ordered sunscreen n peeling solution. Yet not opened peeling solution but opened sunscreen today n just getting semi transparent water from d tube n nothing else . I hv shakened d tube but still I found more water n just lil thick cream separately.
Totally inferior product n not useable at all . Cn provide u video if needed

I order some products from their website and payment also was confirmed but strangely it got cancelled. And now when I am calling them for refund they are not responding to mails or calls

I just fredup I odered with the derma co I didn't get any issue but this time it's rediculus I odered suncreen [protected] my oder id I odered this prouct 10 dys ago nd delivered date is 14 may I didn't get any product till now today is 16 may already I compliny so many times I send on email I called also to cus care but no response m just fredup with the service I payed also mony and there is no responss I want my money back

I order some products from ThedermaCo. The payment deducts successfully but today when I track my order it showed CANCELLED without knowing the issue. Not received any notification and my refund. Bad experience.

I have ordered a sunscreen. And when I added it to my cart, it showed I'll be getting a free face wash and face moisturizer. Yesterday I got the package and received only the free moisturizer but nothing else. I haven't received the sunscreen that I originally ordered for ₹450 but instead got ₹150 worth face moisturizer that i didn't even ask for. I have raised complaints in their app. But got no response....

Staff behavior bad. Staff doesn't arrange second appointment with a dermatology,
And the dermatology don't want to talk second time with same patient witch is wrong.. Whether they paid charges for a single appointment.. .. It's means may be fake dermatology

Please i request you to take an action against them..

Soon after placing my order I noticed I had placed a different product than required, hence I immediately wrote mentioning the same for the customer care as mentioned at the website .
Now my concern-
1.modify option is available then it should be modified as the modification request was immediate.
2. CUSTOMER EXECUTIVE NOR PROCESSED ORDER CANCELATION OR MODIFIED AS PER MY REPEATED REQUEST .
3. I cant wait longer to receive my order then request

I ordered 2 products which is 1) rational serum 2) creamy cleanser it was costing me like 700 rs ok i paid it, wow finally it is coming to me from 1.5 months i am so excited open the box boom got slapped on my face guess what i go three products which i didn't ordered funny thing is the price of this three products is 2000rs and guess what one of them i can use. I call the delivery boy he said all details are correct cause on package it's your name and address so we can't help you but if you want you can return it buy contacting the seller where ever you buy and placing return request. I kind of confuss what should i do i reached website there i find number i call it and it's says call us on monday. I am #in pissed off that moment. So derma co i want you to refund me place return request and i am not gonna call you you! You are gonna call me apologize. And give me the best offer on the product i wanna buy ok u here me #. I am really pissed of cause i wanted them to arrive quickly how quickly they come 2 months no problem accepted it but they didn't even get what i want on too off that i can't apply best offer on product for buy.# this # what the hace was you doing derma co. Now contact me and give me my product at the best price you can try to deliver it as fast as you can and as it's not my mistake you have to pay for this #in mess...#rage
