I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding your product Ultra Matte Sunscreen Gel. After using it as per the instructions, I developed rashes and a strong burning sensation on my cheeks. This has caused visible skin irritation, discomfort, and inconvenience.
I purchased this product with the expectation that it would be safe and dermatologically tested. However, the reaction I experienced indicates that the product may not be suitable for sensitive skin as claimed, and has caused me physical harm.
Given the circumstances, I am requesting the following immediately:
A full refund of the product cost.
Compensation for the discomfort, damage, and any medical treatment I may need as a result of this reaction.
A clear explanation from your team regarding the safety of this product and the possible cause of such a reaction.
