Sir, We have booked 1 no. Mobile nokia n105 dual sim model through the e-mart. But the e - mart authorities have sent 1 no. Mobile of nokia n 105 with single sim instead of dual sim. I have made a complaint to the e-mart authorities immediately.in response, the e-mart authorities have sent a mail after 5days stating that their representative will come and collect the piece for replacement. Even after lapse of10 days period no body has come to me and collect the mobile. The details of the purchase are as follows: Order id:* [protected] Date added:* 19/09/2016 Received on[protected] My mobile no [protected] Product code n105 Therefore i request you to look into the matter and take necessary action for replacement of the mobile immediately.
