I ordered 4 designer Kurtis from a website named AlburRy, that was advertising on facebook. It showed 10 days easy return policy. I received the parcel today through blue dart courier service, and paid Rs. 1815 cash on delivery. After opening the parcel I found 3 cheap cloth material instead of the 4 Kurtis that I had ordered for. Immediately I tried to locate the website on internet, but I couldn't. I retraced it through the facebook and but the company wouldn't respond to a return request. I tried calling on the number mentioned in the invoice, but it is out of reach. As a responsible citizen, I have sent a mail to the delivery service provider also and I'm filling this complaint so that further fraud can be checked. Please do the needful. Thanks in advance
