I had worked in himalaya drug company as a field officer in the baby care department from August 12 2020 to October 15 2020 for 2 months and my emp. code is 21255.I am failed to touch in with the company for PF details.Please send me the application form and also other requirements connected with the provident fund.Whether I am eligible to get Provident fund.Please send me the details
