The Hippie Saaz — Curtains not delivered

I ordered Poster Bed Curtains With Ruffles On Edges - 6 on 7th April 2023 and have paid Rs.5, 000 for it already. It is 10th June today and I still have not received the product. I sent multiple emails but the only response I get is that it is taking time but it will be delivered. When I ask for refund they say it is against their company policy.
