[Resolved] The Hippie Saaz — Curtains ordered 12 Aug, still not received

After trying everything with these guys, I decided to check out this company’s online reviews. And I am not surprised to see so many others facing the same issue. Trusted this startup despite my family’s reservations and now have been waiting for curtains for over a month. After I made hue and cry they gave me a call saying they will ship by Tuesday (yesterday) and now no update or response. They keep posting new updates to fool more people and I believe they delete negative comments on their Instagram page. Told them I want to cancel the order — no response. Sooner or later this will catch up. Tmrw I am disputing the charge with my bank and also lodging a complaint with the police.

If your dyer was stuck in containment zone and you had other production issues, you should have updated your customers first thing and then stopped taking new orders until things were sorted.

Truly sad for a promising business.

I received the curtains after I hounded them on social media; received response from the founder. We exchanged several messages. I understood their point of view and explained mine. the curtains I’ve received are a slightly different colour from what I ordered, but I hung them the same day. Have grown to like them. Hope this young business soon learns the crucial art of customer delight, and learns to take the time to respond to each disgruntled, waiting customer.

This is exactly what we are going through too! They refuse to reply to our messages/complaints everything!

We had ordered a curtain in March 2020. And they took the money and vanished!

More than the money, it's the dubious business practice that is disgusting.

How can we make them pay for this???

It is 2022 and the situation is still the same. Its been 2 months I havn't received my product. I just came across one instgram channel hippiesaazfrauds on instgram were there are many such people who haven't received their orders from last 6months. I ordered from that page considering their high numbers. Also, some influencers were also following them so I thought they were genuine but clearly I am mistaken. I have raised a complaint against them here today and lets see if I'll receive my order or not.
