Same happened with me. I placed the order on 27th July. She stopped responding to my messages. The credentials don’t allow you to login though they’re correct and order jot received

Same thing happened with me...initially she replied saying out of stock or stock was damaged etc nonsense...but later she stopped replying ...bdw I ordered on 27 Feb and it's been 4 months ...she never replies

Very true. My order is also pending for fridge magnets that i ordered on April 3rd. Not answering to any DM, calls or whatsapp messages. She using all our money for her house make over, which she posting on her page. Hippiesaaz is big fraud and requesting everyone not to order anything from her.

Hi! Even i commented on their posts many time, but deleteD all those and blocked me!! So somehow i got her personal account and texted there too to refund my money as it’s been 7months! In return she abused me using foul language (like b &f words) and blocked me there as well!!! Just because we are raising our voices against her, she is abusing us!! I don’t understand don’t we have the right to ask our money /order?? Such a fraudster she is!!! I lately realised that there are hundreds of people who are cheated by her not sending their products since ages!!!

Hi! Even i have commented on her Instagram posts many times, but she deleted all of them and blocked me!! So i found her personal account and texted there to give my money back! All she did was abusing me with foul language (like b &f words) just coz of asking our money and blocked me there as well!!! That’s how well mannered she is!!!I even gave a consumer complaint online, but she didn’t even responded to them!! I lately realised that there are hundreds of people who’s been cheated by her and products not delivered since ages!! She just fools people by posting new videos and sympathetic videos, all she does is cheating !!! Abusing us just coz of asking our money/products..says all about her!!!

I wonder if your issue stands resolved. On Dec 12 2022, I made a purchase through their Instagram account worth 3340. She sent a QR code for payment and an online form for contact and shipping details. She had always been quick to respond to product queries and pricing, but she refuses to respond to queries regarding dispatch details or refund. I issued a complaint with the NCH about them. Inspite of getting a nudge from the NCH, they’ve refused to share complaint no., tracking details or expected date of delivery. All the required details I mentioned above are stringent protocols set by NCH for businesses running online. She clearly is a defaulter of law and so far, despite of several complaints on their activities, the NCH hasn’t put them to task. How else do you define a scam?! Coincidentally, I’ve a house in Delhi as well. If this doesn’t get resolved, I intend to reach out in person. If need be, I’d file a FIR too

Could you please comment this on the insta page of the company for make others aware of this scam.
I believe if we all comment on it we might be able to bring this down.

hey hey i faced the same issue. and i commented on their insta page. they deleted my comment.i had ordered my item before diwali.and its been two months i have no idea whre my whole stuff is. they are ignoring my calls, have texted them, they play blind eye to it. they are worst site i purchased from. i hope karma would get back to them. they are stealing ppls money in the name of their silly brand and plus they dont care after you place the order. thye have no self respect or even zero sense of customer refund policy. even i am a doctor and i feel cheated.

She blocked me on Instagram as well for asking to dispatch my order which was placed in june!! Such a fraudster!!
