hey hey i faced the same issue. and i commented on their insta page. they deleted my comment.i had ordered my item before diwali.and its been two months i have no idea whre my whole stuff is. they are ignoring my calls, have texted them, they play blind eye to it. they are worst site i purchased from. i hope karma would get back to them. they are stealing ppls money in the name of their silly brand and plus they dont care after you place the order. thye have no self respect or even zero sense of customer refund policy. even i am a doctor and i feel cheated.

Same issue is with me. I had ordered cushion covers in August and till date I do not have the product. After sending 10 emails I will get one response stating they apologise and will deliver soon. After 10-11 emails I just have 2 same responses and no product yet. They don't even care to give updates and its been 4 months and no order delivered yet.
I believe if we all comment on it we might be able to bring this down.
