I wonder if your issue stands resolved. On Dec 12 2022, I made a purchase through their Instagram account worth 3340. She sent a QR code for payment and an online form for contact and shipping details. She had always been quick to respond to product queries and pricing, but she refuses to respond to queries regarding dispatch details or refund. I issued a complaint with the NCH about them. Inspite of getting a nudge from the NCH, they’ve refused to share complaint no., tracking details or expected date of delivery. All the required details I mentioned above are stringent protocols set by NCH for businesses running online. She clearly is a defaulter of law and so far, despite of several complaints on their activities, the NCH hasn’t put them to task. How else do you define a scam?! Coincidentally, I’ve a house in Delhi as well. If this doesn’t get resolved, I intend to reach out in person. If need be, I’d file a FIR too

Yeah, even i gave an online complaint in NcH, but they disposed my complaint after 45days as they aren’t responding to them as well! Please let us know if you are filing a complaint against them, i would definitely like to join you in this! I’ve ordered from them last june20, still haven’t received! She abused me with vulgar language and blocked me everywhere!!
