[Resolved]  The Holidays Club — regarding refund of payment

On 23/10/2019, we have made payment of 14000/- to the holiday club, for advance payment towards booking of tourism service. We have not signed agreement because they later on they have told us hidden charges which were not told to us before that. As we have not received any service we request you to help us to get our refund of rs 14000/-. As contract is not signed between company and me there should not be a payment

I have Paid 14000 for the services but there was some misunderstanding on which I have raised query to booking department and they now gave me booking confirmation through mail for 3N at Goa. thanks for the same.

Now Mr Hitesh called me and we have sorted out issue and it is discussed that there was misunderstanding, he asked me that he will help me with refund issue.
Fraud Company . Don't give bookings properly. No Proper App. High Amc . Very poor properties at bad locations .
