Fraud against Membership

Totally fraud company, where I spend 1.40 lakh. They confirmed at the time of membership different things but after taken the membership no response from company side.

My 1st booking was pathetic as not a property as per his website and 3 hours waiting at hotel where booking was confirmed.

2nd booking : date 12th Dec 2023 to 14th Dec 2023 again property not as per website and hotel was as per OYO Class.

False Company

You are not the only one in this as i was also involved with there fake promises as they refuse to let me withdraw or trade untill i check / w w w . Glowbancircuit . tech / after watching series of testimonies from other victims, i was able to get my funds out from them...

Fraud company - Stole our money

They took our money after a lengthy lecture and then completely disappeared. The person who sold us the membership isn't picking up the phone and there's no website or phone number to file a complaint....

They called in the name of voucher and forcibly sell membership of 6 night 7 days per year for 7 years at 1, 20, 000. With annual maintenance cost extra of 9500 per year to avail a holiday. They also tell that we can cancel membership if we do not like the service. But later on they don't provide booking and do not pick up calls. This is a scam and there are many other companies that do same as I have gotten multiple calls from such holiday companies. Please beware and atleast Google company name before spending your hard earned money.

      I applied for the membership of the Holiday club in Delhi with Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh.Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh.
      I chose the option for the 24 month emi to pay the membership fee. both the Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh confirm it and even on the verification call they also confirm it.
      but my emi was booked for 12 month. when i talked to these two people (Mr. Satender Pal and Mr. Nitesh) they are doing nothing. Mr. Satender is not picking my phone or not giving any reply to my message.

      At present, I am not in the condition to pay double emi as it is booked for 12 month in place of 24 month.

      So I request you to kindly convert my emi for 24 month and ask your employee to pick up my phone or reply to my message.

        We have taken membership from the Holidays club and forcefully they taken 120000 rs from us at the time of booking Mr. Abhishek and satender was there at the time of membership selling program they called us and said we have won some free voucher . But they scene was very different when we visited there they gave us lecture of 3 to 4 hours and in night around 12 o'clock they forced us to take the membership that day only and they said if we wish to get the money back they will cancelled the membership and refund our total money back they said they have targets and all from the company side and request us to take the. Membership . But after taking the same they never respond us nicely Abhishek never pick the call and satender use abusive language to me we tried to get the booking thrice from them but they never give the booking as per the commitment they make . They said they deal only in 4 or 5 star property but they never do booking in these properties they said they will give booking in hotels like taj Leela, marriott etc but they never do booking in these hotels they are totally fraud we have demanded the invoice many time from them but no invoice received from there side no members login user password they gave . Just a big fraudulent company. I need my money back from them.

            I have taken the membership plan
            Their representative explained the plan on rough paper and never told about AMC charge. He convinced me for payment before signing the agreement.
            In agreement AMC charge was mentioned.
            On asking this he told that this per annum maintenance charge and the plan is non refundable.
            This is fraud.

              These people are fraud. they made me do a payment of 60000 on emi basis saying that it will be a 24 month emi..but its all false.. while making the payment they did not tell me about amc also...which is very high.. almost 10k per year...they said they will arrange for our travel to and from hotel... later they denied, they show locations of 7 star hotels while selling their memebership but wen u try to book hotels they give u cheap and ill service hotels...they tell alott of lies to lure and cheat you. i want my money back...please help.

                Hello friends. do not fall prey for such company advertisements. they will call u on one fine day saying that u r lucky CUSTOMER of some car or bike company and they will CALL TO a hotel(mostly 5 star) and convince u to listen to their ### for atleast 1 hour n they will sell u memeberships for their resorts. they r very much fraud people. please do not encourage them...i have lost lot of money because of their false promises. as they will deduct your money prior to ur membership i can get any refund at any cost...BIG FRAUD COMPANY. m suffering alot because of them.kindly my advice is that spread the truth about this company as much as u can n save innocent people from these evil companies who siphon off money from us.

                i would like my money back.. as not in a state to pay the monthly emi and when i try to book their free holday which was given to me as a compliment they are asking for AMC, which is very unethical and unprofessional. i dnt have a zero percent trust on them.
                Hello, Did you take it from Ramada Dehradun ? What did they say about refund ? We are also trapped already paid full amount!

                  I lost Rs 45000.
                  Not visited even a single time.
                  Whenever asked for booking, no response from their side.
                  When asked to return hard earned money back, they denied.
                  Don't fall into their false promises like me.

                    The Holidays Club is a company of looters. Don't believe in their offers.never pay in advance for the voucher. It has extorted 9000 rs from me. When I couldn't get the benefit due to pandemic, they didn't refund me a single penny. On requesting they only provided 2N stay at a deserted camp.They even didn't provide me meals in the voucher. They are completely frauds.

                      Please be noted that Holiday Club Manali is fooling people of their hard earned income and I am also a victim as at the time of getting the documents signed I was told that dont p;ay any AMC charges but when I go their welcome letter nothing was mentioned there and they told me you willhave to pay AMC charges or else your card will become invalid

                      I am not able to understand when every services you have not availed can be refunded why such companies are booming and cheating people under the nose of the government and all responsible persons are sleeping or what.

                      I have taken their membership in June 2019 from then on i am asking them to cancel but they are turning deaf ears and only claiming for money without providing any service. So still we are in British regime or we got some freedon to speak out that we dont need to avail you services and so please refund our money.

                      if anyone out there think that I am wrong I am sorry but I lost my money without getting anything and really i am frustrated to see companies make fools and no one is there from whom help can be expected.

                        This company is fraud and misrepresenting their products and making fool o[censored]s please don't have faith in their products and the unethical marketing stunt they are doing.

                        On 29 Aug 2021, I got a call from a Girl named Nagma. She told me that she is calling on behalf of Mahindra and recently I have purchased a car from Mahindra. then she told me that we are shortlisted for a dinner in the Hotel Ramada Dehradun and the dinner is provided by Mahindra as we are a valuable customer of Mahindra Now then also told me about the tour vouchers which are free of cost and they will be provided to us before the dinner. there is a presentation of 45 minutes. Then a boy whose name was Aftab attained us and try to sale their tour package of Rs. 45, 000 for three years. when I refuse to purchase they threw us out of the hall and there was No dinner No voucher and nothing in fact they have not asked us for any tea and coffee.
                        I feel So cheated and disappointed from their unethical Marketing and sailing their product in this situation where the whole world is facing this pandemic situation of Covid-19.
                        I have sent a request to the Mahindra & Mahindra group that this company is using their Name and spoiling the goodwill of Mahindra Group. and I have also filed a case against the Holiday Club.
                        I am trying to involve as much as people can come together against this company.

                          This is a total fraud company. They have charged an amount of 15000 from me and made us sign the agreement with false promises. Now we dont want to continue the service but they are forcing us to continue with it.
                          The same procedure was followed as stated in all the complaints.
                          First called for dinner, then forced on having a conversation and later tricked us to the deals.
                          I need my refund or i will take steps against the company.

                            Scam Company in India & Abroad

                            Same as all complaints submitted against this company they stopped responding for mails, no number to reach out to, as all the provided numbers are out of service.

                            However this time they scammed in UAE.

                            Actually the holiday club is doing fraud with people by offering them holiday packages they call you by saying you are our lucky customer who have selected for holiday packages and come and collect it at the given venue free holiday voucher of 3 night 4 days and will take hardly 45 minutes of yours and we are offering free dinner for your family and when you will reach there their executive won’t even allow you to let you go from there without explaining their fake scheme of holidays they forced us for 3 hours to take their holiday plan at the moment in without giving us time to even think they wanted us to spend Lakhs of money in 1 minutes which is totally unprofessional behaviour we understood their fraud tactics which they were doing to us obviously we said we don’t want to be part of your membership plans, for which purpose you have us offer us and let us go, we went from our home at 6 pm and reached there at 6:55 pm and they didn’t allow us to come out of there venue before 10 pm, we shouted and told them to give us vouchers for whom you called us and we dont want your packages, me and my husband was very hungry, at 10 pm they finally released us they didn’t even offered us dinner not even once when we checked there was no dinner arranged . At last i want to say the voucher which they offered us for 3Day 4 nights was not at all free to use that voucher we have to pay 5000 INR. So this is totally fake company whose executive is not even standing on there words just think if i would have taken there membership holidays packages of whose value was in Lakhs . They are doing fraud by calling you in 4-5 star hotels, do not get trapped like me . And i am gonna lodge complain against them and i want action should be taken on immediate bases on this fraudulent company.

                              I want to cancel my membership. I have bought this on 20 july 2019 for three years at 35000 rs. Salesman told us that we can cancel it anytime within 10 days. Their names are pankaj saini and rinkal patel. Within two days we called them and they told us that they have left the job. So they are fraudlent. We have called so many times to customer care and toll free number. We got call from manali city and she told us that she will help us but no response from anyone. Plz help us.                                 The holidays club manali i was working with them as operations head.. But they are providing all wrong things to customers. Like they don’t have dea tie ups but they are saying to sell dea ([protected].. And other resort they don’t have tie ups.. They have only one resort in manali... I worked very hard with my full team.. They didn’t pay us and they took conference hall in goa resort name de alturas even they didn’t pay conference rent also.. You can call them and ask about this.. When i asked them about this they removed me from company.. They are just looting people.. U can call any resorts which they are showing on website.. Every member is calling us.. We are facing lots of problems

                                  I had gone for a holiday to nainital with my family during oct 2019. Hum hotel welcome park mein ruke the. We were called at seasons resort hotel to claim a prize which we'd won through a scratch card.
                                  A group of people viz. Aditya tripathi (Mob - +91-[protected]), parag navare (Mob - +91-[protected]), anuj pokle (Mob - +91-[protected]) introduced themselves as employees of the holidays club.
                                  Mr parag navare explained various schemes of the club available under discounted rates, as some offers were going on. They told us to pay rs 7500/- at present and the balance to be paid in emis under a special scheme offered by the club.
                                  They asked me to make the payment through a pos machine where they changed the amount to rs 75000/- without my knowledge which i came to know through my credit card statement when i reached kanpur. I called the customer care and was told that the amount shall be refunded, but i shouldn't lodge a complaint against the company as it would bring bad name to the company as well the job of the employees would be endangered. They told me that the amount shall be refunded and i may write an email to the company stating that the amount of rs 75000/- has been blocked for 72 hours which shall be refunded.
                                  They assured me to refund the money at any cost.
                                  However, after writing this email, the company did not contact me for several days. Thereafter i wrote a mail to the company stating the actual facts and stating to take legal action against the company, to which replied by calling and assured again that the matter shall be resolved at the earliest. They also told me that the entire team dealing in nainital has been sacked.
                                  After this telephonic conversation they emailed me that there is a disparity in both my mails, as such amount of rs 75000/- cannot be refunded.

                                  The company is nothing but a fraud who befool people by offering them membership payments through emi which is made up by their so called representatives.
                                  I've come across so many complaints against this company.
                                  Please look into the matter and refund my amount alongwith interest.

                                    False promises of sales person
                                    A. I will have to pay my first installment after 45 days which is of rs. 5000.
                                    B. If i am not satisfied with the service of holidays club then i can stop payment of remaining emi.
                                    C. Emi conversion will be with zero percent interest facility
                                    D. Sales person told me that currently he is doing transaction of only 5000 which i will have to pay after 45 days.
                                    E. Also, he did not give me receipt of the transaction.
                                    F. I will be getting 40% discount on food (He never mentioned upto 40%).
                                    G. I will be getting 3 night 4 days coupons as a welcome gift.

                                      I had kept welcome call on hold because of below reasons.
                                      1. False promises of your sales person that

                                      2. To get reimbursement of interest part which was promised to be completed within week by bhavana (Your sales manager).

                                      Could you please let me know why welcome letter was sent without my consent and without addressing above issues?

                                      Also, below things are very fishy about your company
                                      A. Your club holiday bhandup office is closed within 1 week.
                                      B. All your sales team left your organization in next week as per telephonic conversation with head office team.
                                      C. Your sales executive bhavana is not answering my phone calls and blocked my number.
                                      D. Your manager whose number is there on the receipt is saying that "sales wale to kuch bhi bolte hai"
                                      E. Hotels which you are offering are very average and tariff for most of the hotels is less than 2500.
                                      F. Customer care number is not answering my calls.

                                      Below pointers also disputable

                                      A. As per your sales executive i will have to book my vacation before 7-15 days with club holidays (As i am enrolled for highest priority red membership).
                                      But your booking team is saying that i need to book 45 days before vacation.
                                      B. Sales team never mentioned that i need to keep 2 alternative dates for my vacation.
                                      C. Sales team never mentioned that i need to keep 2 alternative places for my vacation.

                                      Could you please let me know where are the above clause in the agreement?

                                      It is already been 35 days since i am waiting for reimbursement of interest part.
                                      All the management level persons are not available for these many days is not at all convincing.
                                      I am not getting satisfactory reply regarding my concern.

                                      Also, from the below link i can see that above things are experienced by many of your customers

                                      From above complaints it is very risky to avail your benefits.

                                      I have not availed any of your benefits and i don't want to. So kindly cancel my membership and refund my rs. 60.000/- (Or with some deductions as i have made mistake to believe your sales executive)

                                        I have applied for holidays spending at Udaipur and Jaipur which is being told that that after waiting for two days that Udaipur is not available and Jaipur is available but very limited space is there so please it is advised that you please change your destination to Jodhpur and Jaipur instead o[censored]daipur and Jaipur. I have been asked to do it immediately I though having confirmed Railway booking I changed my destination and advise back which can be tracked to my trail mail. Now till now I have not received any confirmation about my bookings at your resorts.

                                        Moreover it is being told that the Ms Seema attending to my request is on leave and there is no one to attend my request and I have not been updated till I writing this mail.

                                        Previously also when I applied for holiday at property at Gurgoan I have been refused after making such drama mentioning SIR WE ARE JUST LOOKING CONFIRMATION AND AS WE GET WE GIVE YOU UPDATE AND UPDATE I RECEIVED THAT SORRY SIR IT IS FULLY BOOKED. SIR YOU MUST TELL ONE MONTH BEFORE.
                                        NOW AGAIN THIS TIME I AM BEING HARASSED AND CONFIRMATION IS NOT MADE AVAILABLE AND IF GIVEN AT LAST MOMENT THEN TRAINS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE.
                                        SO IF IT HAPPENS SO AT YOUR OFFICE THEN WHY YOU WANT NEW MEMBERS TO JOIN YOU. AT THE TIME OF OF JOINING YOUR CLUB YOUR REPRESENTING EXECUTIVE TOLD YOU WILL GET YOUR BOOKINGS IMMEDIATELY AND NOW THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING.
                                        THIS TIME I NEED THIS CONFIRMATION BY TOMORROW POSITIVELY.
                                        But till now I have not received any reply and I want you to look into the matter and get me refund for my money Rs 40000/- which I paid at the time of joining the Club.

                                          This company gives zero level customer satisfaction. Company gives false commitment to sell membership. I am member and i have worst experience in the company. You will not get place of your choice and also no choice of property. You have to accept what they give to you.

                                          No single person available to whom you can contact. Everything through mail only and ahmedabad office closed in september after i took membership.

                                          No proper response over a call or mail. I got booking after approx 30 mails. I have sent my friend to their office in gurgao. You feel frustrated after taking membership. As per commitment they have not given bookjng of abroad even after director commitment mr narendra bharti. Not given committed complimentary nights also. All are false commitment.

                                          I want 4 complementary and 3 voucher nights as committed

                                            This is a huge scam. Please stay away from this. I had a really bad experience dealing with these people. They will try to suck as much money as possible from you guys. If you google theholidaysclub review, a lot of people have filed complaints and written negative experience with them and mine is exactly the same.

                                            They will give false promises and an excellent sales pitch causing us to believe what they are actually saying. Underneath they are making a complete fool out of you. They charged us 50000rs for the membership

                                            They charged membership fees on the premise that they would refund it, if the customer service wasn't good. So, i bought the membership and booked a hotel through them and found the rates online much cheaper than what they are offering me. Moreover, the dates weren't exactly what i requested them. I asked them what is the advantage of having them if i can find the exact same hotel at a much cheaper rate online. Also, at the rates they quote you can find a much better hotel online.

                                            So reluctantly, i asked for the refund as i never used their service and dont intend to use it anymore. I have tried to reach out to them a few times over email and phone, but to no avail.

                                            My humble request to you guys is please refund my money.

                                            Dear concerns,

                                            I have taken the membership on 04-may-2019 but at the time of membership i was not able to read the whole terms and conditions and marketing team also not explained the same or not given the same before making the payment of 78000₹, therefore now i have read some reviews and gone through the t&c due to which i do not want to go with this white card membership.

                                            So i request you to please help to reverse my payment and cancel my membership.

                                            I also want to tell here that the marketing team so much manipulate the things and says that you have to take the decision on the table either yes or no but at that time me and my wife got stuck in sweet wordings and was not calculated the whole thing, even my wife just just understand the 8500₹ per year part only she didn’t get the 87000₹ plan for 5 years due to that we have given the payment and now when we read the whole t&c and discussed with each other then only she came to know that i have already paid 78000₹ due to that our whole family got upset.

                                            I again request you please cancel this membership and refund the hard earned amount.

Invite me for membership in "the holiday club" (I got msg and received call on this no:[protected] for invitation), when i meet mr gaurav singh and his team in aloft hotel in ahmedabad in evening 7:30 pm on 17th july, 2019. And his staff members convience us to make payment for membership rs.65000/-. I told him "hume company k bare m janne ke liye time do" lekin hume kaha ki y discount sirf aaj k liye hi h... Hum n payment kar di or jab ghar aa kar net par search kiya to the holiday club k naam ki company thi but the holidays club ki company ka koi naam nahi aa raha tha. Hum bhut preshan hue... Mr. Gaurve ko contact karne bad refund ke liye bola,
                                              That time i do't know about the holiday club but mr gaurav told me that we are best club... We provide you best hotel, we done your booking in very short time, we give you best discount, we give you best deal, you do't wary you just send me sms i will book your hotel room but that never done, last 10 days mr gaurav not received my call.                                               The organization is facing a financial snag & with redressal of your case-we will not be able to refund the rest of amount.
                                              Now all most 2 months, i have to pay my emi and bill's but i do't have money how can i pay? Now mere pass koe bhi option nahi bacach.
                                              I am going in depression and mentally upset

                                                regarding refund of payment

                                                On 23/10/2019, we have made payment of 14000/- to the holiday club, for advance payment towards booking of tourism service. We have not signed agreement because they later on they have told us hidden charges which were not told to us before that. As we have not received any service we request you to help us to get our refund of rs 14000/-. As contract is not signed between company and me there should not be a payment...

                                                This company makes fake promises and torture the people who looks for good vacations.
                                                I had received call from theholidaysclub in[protected] as you have been selected for gift voucher. And you have to visit metro mall in bhandup (Mumbai) to collect the same.
                                                When i reach to the location they are no showing any gift vouchers but selling the membership for theholidaysclub.
                                                Even starting they have not explained about membership, they have given presentation and after wasting 1.5hr, they are saying this is membership for the holidays. Offer was looking fine, i opt for the membership.
                                                But before taking the membership they told me its available only for today and they have not showed me any documents and asked me for immediate payment.
                                                Bad luck, i made payment using credit card...
                                                After making payment they showed me the agreement where it is written that there is no cancellation policy (Totally misguided)
                                                When i asked them why you haven't told me this earlier, they simply told me you haven't asked me about cancellation policy. After making payment they are changed completely.
                                                After going to home i searched about company and found many similar complaints about theholidays club.

                                                Next day, i visited them for cancellation, they are denying, there is cancellation policy. If you want you can email to [protected]@theholidaysclubs.com.
                                                I told i haven;t used any service then you should give me refund but they not agreed (Arjun rajbhar and bhavna in bhandup office)

                                                I tried many times to call there helpline. But no use.

                                                While making payment through credit card, they told me theholidayclub have connections with banks, so you convert the amount in emi theholidays club will bear the interest
                                                But while visited them again they are denying to pay the interest. Asking me to get any other offer against interest part. This is totally disgusting, making big hole in my pocket :#

                                                Now one month is over, i haven't received any emails from the holidays club as membership is confirmed or cancelled.
                                                I called may times to arjun rajbhar and bhavna, they were saying you will get email in next 2 3 days, but its not happening.

                                                I am totally disappointed with this company, now i want nothing but refund my money.

                                                Now the Company is not refunding my membership amount even though i have nit used any services.
                                                They have promised me to they will create EMI for the membership fees and they will bear the interest.
                                                But they are not refunding the interest too.
                                                Now i am in debt of ₹85000+11000(interest)
                                                It's just because of the holidays club fraud company
