This company makes fake promises and torture the people who looks for good vacations.
I had received call from theholidaysclub in[protected] as you have been selected for gift voucher. And you have to visit metro mall in bhandup (Mumbai) to collect the same.
When i reach to the location they are no showing any gift vouchers but selling the membership for theholidaysclub.
Even starting they have not explained about membership, they have given presentation and after wasting 1.5hr, they are saying this is membership for the holidays. Offer was looking fine, i opt for the membership.
But before taking the membership they told me its available only for today and they have not showed me any documents and asked me for immediate payment.
Bad luck, i made payment using credit card...
After making payment they showed me the agreement where it is written that there is no cancellation policy (Totally misguided)
When i asked them why you haven't told me this earlier, they simply told me you haven't asked me about cancellation policy. After making payment they are changed completely.
After going to home i searched about company and found many similar complaints about theholidays club.

Next day, i visited them for cancellation, they are denying, there is cancellation policy. If you want you can email to [protected]@theholidaysclubs.com.
I told i haven;t used any service then you should give me refund but they not agreed (Arjun rajbhar and bhavna in bhandup office)

I tried many times to call there helpline. But no use.

While making payment through credit card, they told me theholidayclub have connections with banks, so you convert the amount in emi theholidays club will bear the interest
But while visited them again they are denying to pay the interest. Asking me to get any other offer against interest part. This is totally disgusting, making big hole in my pocket :#

Now one month is over, i haven't received any emails from the holidays club as membership is confirmed or cancelled.
I called may times to arjun rajbhar and bhavna, they were saying you will get email in next 2 3 days, but its not happening.

I am totally disappointed with this company, now i want nothing but refund my money.

It is addressed to gaurav arora.. Nishant rana who manipulates and make fake commitments in chandigarh/panchkula area. This is a total fraud company whose site doesn't work neither does toll free numbers. If they do... They are of no use. Emails and complaints are unanswered. Can governorment and law put a check on such fake identities.?. It is my humble request to kindly pay attention and help us resolve this issue by either refund or availance of committed agreement.

Holiday club team not refunding my membership amount and even not providing me bookings, i requested them twice for the bookings first time at mussorie and second time in kerala they are fail to provide me the bookings after long e mails they mainuplate things every time they dont have any tieups with the resorts they are mentioning on their sites since may is under construction and have no right for members to acess and log in.. Total harassment for refund of the membership amount and bookings

We were promise that you will get conformation mail within 3 days,
Now it is more than 7 days we have not got any conformation.
And they have even told us that maintenance charges are suppose to pay when you use that many days... But in agreement they have mention that you have to pay maintenance charges every year whether you use or not...
They have miss guide us while buying the membership.

We had call that person who sold us membership asking all this things..
He told us you will receive email by today but no reply no call back.
Service and followup is very bad.

Dear concerns,

I have taken the membership on 04-may-2019 but at the time of membership i was not able to read the whole terms and conditions and marketing team also not explained the same or not given the same before making the payment of 78000₹, therefore now i have read some reviews and gone through the t&c due to which i do not want to go with this white card membership.

So i request you to please help to reverse my payment and cancel my membership.

I also want to tell here that the marketing team so much manipulate the things and says that you have to take the decision on the table either yes or no but at that time me and my wife got stuck in sweet wordings and was not calculated the whole thing, even my wife just just understand the 8500₹ per year part only she didn’t get the 87000₹ plan for 5 years due to that we have given the payment and now when we read the whole t&c and discussed with each other then only she came to know that i have already paid 78000₹ due to that our whole family got upset.

I again request you please cancel this membership and refund the hard earned amount.

We were invited for joining the privileged membership of "theholidaysclub plan" at ccd, mohali on 28th dec 2018. I have 3 children aged 13, 16 and 19 respectively and i asked your volunteers to accommodate them (Me, my wife and 3 children of the mentioned ages, one might be counted adult among them) for the holiday plan and they assured to execute the same for us which according to your written policy is not true. It mentions the plan is valid for 2 kids and 2 adults for 6 nights and 7 days. Moreover, it mentions the respective bookings to be completed prior to 25-45 days before the holiday starts which is not suitable to me (Because of my fluctuating work schedule). I was unfamiliar of all this as mislead by your volunteers. Also the volunteers, ankit and simran negotiated with us to break this entire plan into emi payment method but this now sounds like a fraud as the entire amount of 45000 inr has been deducted from my bank account without my prior knowledge which is really intolerable. I've called them so many times but they are not responding positively.
Thereby i am not interested to go ahead with this holiday plan. Kindly refund my payment or i have to take a legal action. I feel to highlight the fact that if the required refund is not processed soon, i am going to sue your company for the deceitful act.

Sir, yesterday i received a call from nisha sharma, she said to me that u have selected by holiday club for dinner and vouchers 3days 4nights free of cost. And she has requested to come at golden tulip in harinagar and fix time at 7 pm. She also send me message on my mobile. When i reached at 7 pm mr. Satyendra and miss sharma forced and pressurised me to take membership @ rs. 155000. But i refused to take membership then mr satyendra and miss sharma behaved rudely and insult me and my family. Neither they have given voucher nor given dinner. Only they have harassed me and my family mentally and physically and wasted my family time. It is a kind of fraud and cheating to a gentleman.
So i request u to take necessary action against them for harassing mentally and physically and insulting me and my family.

I was called by company to have lunch in sagar ratna restaurant and to get a holiday coupon. When i reached the hard sell their membership and took payment immediately. We asked them for time to check about the company but they did not give time and insisted to buy instantly. Also they told that rooms will get provided in 3 to 4 star properties in india and abroad and they will cost us only 3000 rupees per night. But fact is they cost much more and no international holidays are included in membership. One has to pay extra for availing international holidays.

Now, i told them in confirmation call that i was told lies and i don't want membership but my money back. So far they haven't replied. They only sent avinash so i to convince me to take the membership. But i want a full refund.

Please help.

This company is a big fraud.
In march 18, its executives visited us and made big claims about their company and said that they are very high rated travel company and provide 5 star accommodations at various indian and international hotels/resorts at very cheap prices.
They showed some fancy brochures with high-end hotels and resorts pictures and offer memberships for 3-10 years.
Their marketing person mr. Kripashankar made tall claims about their services and hospitality.
We were told that we have to pay rs.8500/- for 1 year and then we can get 14d/13n from their company and "dae" in 1 year. It was later we came to know that 8500/- is for 6n/7d only.

We took a 5 year membership for rs 60000/- and we were told that we will receive all documents and other details by post within next 15 days.

Today it has been 45 days and we have not received anything from their end.
We called many times on their customer care no. But they always say its in process.
The marketing persons also never pick up their phones.

This is my worst experience with any travelling company till date.

Is company n hume call karke bullaya or kaha ki aap ka gift or tour package nikla h aap aa kar le jaye. Humne mana kiya fir bhi àgain call us then we agree. Hum krishna residency, dwarka... Waha gaye. Mr. Nirbhay kumar, reprentative of the holidays club... And his staff members convience us to make payment for membership rs.60000/-. I told him "hume company k bare m janne ke liye time do" lekin hume kaha ki y discount sirf aaj k liye hi h... Hum n payment kar di or jab ghar aa kar net par search kiya to the holiday club k naam ki company thi but the holidays club ki company ka koi naam nahi aa raha tha. Hum bhut preshan hue... Mr. Nirbhay ko contact karne ki koshish ki but un ka phone switch off aa raha tha... Hum krishna residency m gaye waha bhi koi nahi aaya tha... Hum m 100 number par call karke police ko bulaya... Tabhi mr. Nirbhay or un ka staff bhi aa gaya. Hum n mr. Nirbhay ko kaha ki aap ki company fraud h.. Ase koi company h hi nahi or hume apne paise wapas chaiye. Mr. Nirbhay n kaha ki aap ko noida k office aana hoga... Par police n kaha ki paise aap n yaha liye h to aap yahi wapas karoge... Mr. Nirbhay n agree kiya ki wo hamare paise one week baad hamare a/c m refund kara dege... One week company refund process m leti h... We ok but sir they all lier they dont talk with us or na hi humare paise wapas kiye. Sir hume 8 may se aaj tak bhut preshan h. Pahle company n one week k time liya fir mail m likha ki wo hamara paisa 45 to 55 days m refund karenge. Time over hone k baad bhi company k taraf se koi process nahi hua fi r wait karne k baad humne mail ki or call bhi kiya tab unhone kaha ki wo 30% less amount hi refund karenge or wo bhi 3 installments m. We not agree. Company sirf time pass kar rahi h or na hi humara pura paisa wapas kar rahi h... Hum n payment one time m ki thi or ab hume refund k liye is tarah preshan kiya ja raha h. Hum n sec 17 police station m fir bhi ki thi par police bhi koi action nahi lena chati h. Is company par action lena chaiye taki y logo k saath is tarah ka fraud na kar sake.

Or bhi bhut commitment or information h humare pass is company k khilaf. Agar consumer court koi action le to acha hoga or hume humara pura paisa wapas dilane m humari help kare.

This company has been established a big time fraud and a bunch of lies and fraudulent people who call themselves educated. The head (Ceo) of this holiday gamble is mr. Narendra bharti.

Three month ago we got a random call from theholidaysclubs/theholidaysclub they have two names god knows which is their legal name. We have been asked to visit their ansal plaza office as we have won free vouchers of vlcc and a trip of 3n/4d...
