[Resolved]  The IT Depot — Not Replacing Defect cabinet shipped to me

I have purchased a NZXT Cabinet from here. After I got the product i checked it and found it defective. I have shipped the part back to them and they told that they will rectify it and send me a new one. But it has been 1 year now and they have never bothered to contact. On calling customer care they behave very rudely and replies that they will follow-up a few hours later but they never do.

I have posted this same complaint in their facebook page, and they have resolved it very quickly. Although I would have been much happier if they would have done it long back, but still the issue is nicely resolved now, and would recommend others to buy from theitdepot.com and would do future purchases also. :)
