This is with reference to the numerous telephonic follow-ups that I've done with the IT Depot offices over the past 2 months regarding the order that I had originally placed on 18-August-2014. The ordered product (Netgear PTV-3000 wireless adapter) costed Rs. 4955/- and was allegedly shipped from their offices but got lost in transit. Everytime I have called the customer care, I've been been told that IT Depot will get in touch with the courier...

Not Replacing Defect cabinet shipped to me

I have purchased a NZXT Cabinet from here. After I got the product i checked it and found it defective. I have shipped the part back to them and they told that they will rectify it and send me a new one. But it has been 1 year now and they have never bothered to contact. On calling customer care they behave very rudely and replies that they will follow-up a few hours later but they never do....

I had ordered a backlit keyboard on this website one month back and was contacted saying its out of stock and gave me options to buy any other product for the same amount, after that i ordered thrice and every time i ordered a product the executive came back saying its out of stock and till today my amount is pending. I have experienced extremely rude customer care from executive named arvind and this is insane. Every time i have to call...
