The Lazeez Affaire Membership — Non fulfillment of promise

I was issued membership card with lot of promises, out of which one of them was stay coupon of Jim Corbett which according to their team can be used any day of the week. I approached their team to get bookings done and redeem this coupon initially in Sept-21, after few conversations they told me that sought dates are not available and booking cannot be done, however, those dates were very much available on other booking sites which their team refused. Now again i approached their team well in advance for booking in April-22 and again after few conversation they refused me for the dates i sought by telling that its occupied on that dates. Again its very much available as of now also on other sites the dates which i asked. I contacted directly with the Resort and they also confirmed that rooms are available on same dates which i sought from Lazeez team, however they refused to accept my coupons stating that it is not applicable on long weekends and asked me to contact with them only who has issued this membership card. I again contacted with lazeez team and asked them to recheck again and help me in getting my coupons redeemed. Post this they stop attending my calls and neither respond to my messages. I have entire conversation with me. This is highly unethical on the part of brand like Lazeez, that they are selling n making fake promises through their this membership card. I will highlight this story on social media also to make others aware of this fraud. They are totally fooling consumers and once you reach out to them with ur issues they will stop responding you.
