The Lazeez Affaire Membership — Refund Pending

Hi my name is Harpreet Singh, I have taken the membership of Lazeez affair in Jan 2023 and I have received 2 coupons for the stay at Jim Corbett and Jaipur. They said that whenever you want to use this coupon for booking you have to inform us 1 week before the date of your travel.

I have called them to book 4 rooms for me in Jim Corbett in the same property which they have mentioned in coupon for the date of 7th April 2023 till 9th April 2023 i.e for 2 Nights & 3 Days at Corbett Adventure Resort, but the booking was already full so they suggest me another property with same amenities which is Corbett D Resort. Which was okay for me & my family so we give the confirmation on 31st March 2023 to reserve the rooms for me and on same day I have paid them Rs. 26, 796/- and I have received the confirmation mail as well from them.
On next day i.e on 1st April I have paid them Rs. 3, 100/- for one person extra bedding and meal, so total was Rs. 29, 896 and I have received the confirmation voucher as well for the booking on mail.

On 6th April 2023 the day before our travel in evening they called me and said that there is some Toilet issue at resort last week due to heavy rain at that time and according to them the issue is still not resolved, so now they are saying that due to this issue we don't want to spoil your stay so we would like to shift you to another property for which I agreed and asked them to share some options.
The options which they have shared are not good, when I checked that property online which was 3rd class, no one would ever wanted to stay there and that too with your family NEVER.
Then they shared one more property but that was in Nainital for which they are saying you have to pay 23, 000 more for stay. I said I would not pay any extra money it's your responsibility to provide me some other good property without extra pay. But due to high demand in that long weekend not able to find any property upon which they said they will refund me my whole money back.
But in this whole period of time there is one doubt came to my mind that they have really booked my room or not and the excuse they have given to me about Toilet is still there or not. So I directly called to that resort and checked with them about my booking and for my surprise they have confirmed there is no booking done in last 3 to 4 days or even today on your name or on the company name via which you have done booking. This makes me angry and then I called Gaurav who was handling my booking, when I told him there is no booking was done on my name, in reply he said we have already released this booking due to Toilet issue upon which I told him I have never given you any confirmation regarding cancelling my booking so how could you that without providing me some other place to stay.

During this time I received one more call from his boss that is Nishant, he apologize to me for all this things and said me they will refund my money within 24 hours.

Now since 7th of April till today they haven't refunded me my amount, i have called them each day and same response I am receiving we are doing it you will receive it today or max by tomorrow morning but nothing has happened till date.

Lame excuses and now they are not even responding my calls.

Now I want my whole money back with interest and my membership fees as well i.e Rs. 3, 999/-
