I have purchased NOKIA E5-00 from your Gurgaon showroom with one year extended warranty though I found the issue with month after purchased but somehow I was managing till four- five month then I went to nokia repair center, they said that this phone is discontinues phone and you need to may RS:1400 for repairing. I contacted to the store manager of THE MOBILE STORE. They said that bring it to us and the completing the one year as first year service provided by the NOKIA, If they are denied to do that than we are not liable for then again I wait for completing the year and submit this phone to THE MOBILE STORE, EDM MALL, Kaushambi it’s IMEI NO is :-[protected] on Name:- Vedprakash Sharma.
I handover the phone to the store manager and explain the issue every clearly that this phone having network issue only with the packet area, though I have tried several other sim into it but not getting the proper response and same sims are working fine into my others phones but they did not rectified the error and taken One week to gave my phone to me and no standby phone provided by them.
Now I am using the same phone though it is still in warranty as I had paid extra amount to extended it, but what is the benefit of mobile store by making the people fool and charging extra amount on the name of the extended warranty.
If Anyone is concern with the company reputation then please call me on [protected] and repair my phone. I am sure that I will help you out in making relationship with the customer which is directly affect your image and company sales.
I again submitted this phone to them with the below mention detail.

1) Network Issue
2) Handset is broken by the service center
3) No-One able to listen my Voice over the call
4) Harassment as submitted handset many times but issue not getting resolved.
Now I would be happy to either have a new handset or the money refunded. The product is still under the warranty I have says that either one can be done according to your convenience. Hope you will not disappoint me this time and remain in the good relationship.
