I got a sms that Rs. 20424 has been deducted from my credit card at the mobile store on 19/12/2015 on 11:07 I call icici bank to know in detail . they told me that transaction was in the mobile store at Gurgaon. But I was in kolkata with my credit card on 19/12/2015 . But I have not purchased anything from the mobile store by my credit card on 19/12/2015 at 11:07 am. Please help me.
