[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Harassment and Falsifying Statement and intentional delay

Good Day,
This is in reference to the Extended Warranty Claim which I made against my Mobile store Purchased HTC ONE X with following details

Serial IMEI Number : [protected] # : EXW: 8577/2014 Model : HTC 1X Customer-Location : LUCKNOW Date :[protected].
Now the complaint begins from the fact that after taking my phone under EW Claim there was no correspondence or communication as to what's happening . So I called up the Mobile Store Service Centre (Centre Code 1335) on 03 of Aug to enquire, then I was told that the mail has come from Service Centre Gujrat, that Its a Liquid Damage hence it cant be repaired under warranty.
Then I explained it to them that I have already shown this to HTC Service Centre and they didn't found any liquid damage So please send it back I will get this enquired from HTC Service Centre.
They Promised to dispatch the phone on 3rd Aug evening itself but nothing happened. Then again I called up the Service Centre on 4thAug, then 5th Aug, then 6th. Everyday I was promised that they will for sure send my mobile same day but nothing happened. I called up the service centre 4 times on 6th of Aug and spoke to the Lady, explaining her that I am leaving on 9th I need the Phone by 8th and she promised to dispatch. Her words were "Sir trust my words I will make sure I send it today" but again when I called up on 7th Aug 1230 Noon Phone was yet not dispatched and to my surprise Mr Ravi told me they cant dispatch the phone because it doesn't have EW Document.

Now the story of falsifying statements of Mr Ravi(Service Person in Gujrat )
First Mr Ravi said EW Documents are not there that's the reason for not dispatching phone but then suddenly he found out he was wrong as the phone is already processed, So he told me phone will be dispatched by evening. Then I called up THE MOBILE STORE Customer Service Desk the service person was Ms Ratnali. After listening to my whole story she called up the Service Centre keeping me in Loop. Mr Ravi answered the phone and said their is no such Info. that this phone is liquid damage and that's why it has not been dispatched. Then when I told him about the mail stating liquid damage and my call records from last 4 days he agreed and said the phone is already dispatched. How can the phone was not dispatched at 1230 Noon because of missing EW documents suddenly changed to phone dispatched at 1500 Hrs.
Even Ms Ratnali raised this issue of double statements and asked for explaination which Mr Ravi failed. Then when I and even she asked for giving me the email ID of the Senior In-charge of the Service Center he refused to give and said I am dispatching the phone now then what's the point of mailing. I made a lot of request for his senior Incharge but he refused and in the end had to disconnect the phone without any reply.

Now today on 8th Aug when I got the call from Mr Prasanth he said phone is not yet dispatched. How can on 7th aug phone was dispatched and now on 8th Aug its not dispatched. I am pretty sure its an intentional delay to cause the damage to my phone and now they are trying to cover up the issue.
Phone No I was Calling Service Center on was [protected] and my Job Sheet No was 674333.
I have mailed them and nothing has come yet from them.

I am writing this with great regret that this experience with The Mobile Store has left me no choice but to go to consumer court for harassment and Falsifying statements and intentional delay as I wanted the Phone asap so that I could get it checked by HTC.
I am very sure that this phone has never come in contact with water and even your service engineer accepted its just a small accumulation of salt or fungus over the time.
Even the water marker or liquid damage marker is not positive. But as I am not expert I will come back on this with HTC's Report. I will sue for the mental harassment and falisying
