[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — Mobile phone sent for repair not received

Had handed over my mobile phone Samsung Y Pro Duos (IMEI No. [protected]) to Mobile Store, Goregaon West on 20.06.2014. The mobile phone was under extended warranty upto end June 2014. However, till date my mobile handset has not been received in spite of making several visits to the Mobile Stores at Goregaon and at Malad (since Goregaon shop was shut down for repairs). Have been told that the mobile was repaired and was sent to the Goregaon shop's address but the same was returned undelivered since the shop was shut. Although a Staff member named Ritesh was helpful and even spoke to someone who promised to have the mobile delivered in 5 days or else give a replacement with a new mobile phone, till now there is no news from anyone. I feel waiting for two months to get a phone repaired is somewhat unsual. Have been running around for quite some time and my patience is running out. When the shop was under repairs there was no board put up neither was any staff present from the shop at the site to guided customers. All these really matters. Don't want to expand any further.
