[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — mobile store not responding and not stand their promises

i bought my phone from mobile store.I have extended 1 year warranty.my phone's camera was not working i gave it to the mobile store at bhattha paldi area Ahmadabad but they are not responding me even though they promised to give my phone in 15 days but they failed to fulfill their promise and they promised to call me but they even didnt call me back.i visited there 3 times but they are not responding well.please take some action fast otherwise i have to take further action.and i ll never buy my phone from the mobile store.

i am the customer of videocon company. i am using videocon mobile model No A52BLK which I have given for change of touchpad on 10 Feb 2015 at Mobile Technology Solution Shop No 215, 2nd floor 12/13, Saraswatimarg, W.E.A, Karolbagh New Delhi Contact No [protected] vide their Job No VASCDL018J[protected] and IMEI/IME12 No [protected] which I was assured to be returned by 04 day and said that they will give a call and intimate us for collection of the same but they neither gave a call nor attended my call. when they attended my call after 06 day i.e, on 16 Feb 2015 they refused to listen my words and they directly said that today our shop is closed. Then when I approached them again on 17 Feb 2015 they said that they don't know about the status and told me to make a call to customer care on the number provided on the bill (i.e,[protected] When I made a call to customer care they told me that they had forwarded my request to higher official through request No[protected] and informed action will be taken within seven working days. Over all it is to inform you that for an normal change of touchpad they are taking minimum of 14 days to solve a problem and they not even had an courtesy to inform the customer earlier stage or in between about the delay. Apart from all they don't have a basic manners how to deal with a customer there action was totally humiliating. You are hereby requested take strict action against this unprofessional attitude alongwith an proper applogy for my all kind of losses. i am ready to lodge an complain against videocon mobile service in consumer court.
