I purchased a Karbonn mobile which came out faulty, asked the Mobilestore for replacement and they said it would take 1 day. Its 3 days now and I havn't received the replaced set yet. They dont pick up calls, they dont even bother to provide update to customers even when they have exceeded the verbal timeline given. I had to call them more than 30 times and most of the time they preferred to ignore the calls.
