[Resolved] The Mobile Store — No response since 16 days | |||||
I gave my Karbonn Bahubali phone under warranry for fixing of my screen related issue on 7th September at Dobson Road store in Howrah. They said they'll take it to the service centre. I then visited the store about 5 times and each time they reply saying that the phone hasn't come back yet. It's been 16 days now and on my every visit, they give excuses that the person responsible is out for lunch. This is pathetic service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
