The Mobile Store — not dispatching my order

i had ordered two mobiles Samsung Galaxy Core 2 White from The Mobile Store online on dated 19/10/2014 with order id[protected]. And they are not dispatching my orders every time I call customer care they ask me to deliver within 4-5 days. So kindly help me.
