[Resolved]  The Mobile Store — One More WORST SERVICE Example

I have send my Phone HTC One V Under 2nd Year extended Warranty and there is no reply from anyone. The Worst part is; there is no coordination between the departments also. I will strongly recommend not buying any product from mobile store. One request to the forum, please update if there is any process by which we can claim penalty for the same. VERY BAD SERVICE, I don’t even know when will i get my phone back, not even anyone other than me is bothered for that.
