HI team, I ordered HTC desire 820 Grey colour from online the mobile store. now came milkeywey grey colour. Now they are refusing to return. Not replying of mails . Giving reasons different daily asking to get higher authority to talk then refusing . & even on this telling the mistake is of customer, there is no grey colour & you ordered wrongly even i have purchase billed written as GREY colour only. Now, don't know where to go for help this is the service of a company telling biggest online seller of mobile in India. don't know where the market is going & where the customer feedback. Very disappointing experience with this online site. if company is looking this complain then please look into the issue. 23K is not less for a middle class family & if they don't get there choice of colour even selecting the right one then feels bad, , ..
