[Resolved] The Mobile Store — Phones sold without warranty | |||
I bought two mobiles, Samsung galaxy s4 (IMEI-[protected])bill no(24231/[protected] and the HTC one(IMEI-[protected])invoice no.(212336). on the 27th of september 2014. we were informed priorly that these phones are the display models and we could avail discount on them and we would get 1 year warranty for these products from Samsung and htc respectively.In the htc phone i discovered a camera issue so i went to get it rectified under warranty to the htc service centre and there i was told that this device went out of warranty on 15.06.2014. Then to be assured of the Samsung device i got it checked from the Samsung service centre and was told that it was out of warranty on the 1.04.2014.On further queries we were told by Samsung and htc that the warranty starts when the sim card is inserted in the device. I requested the mobile store to replace my device but they are least concerned with this issue.The area manager mr.Puneet Arora is neglecting my demand to replace the devices. i would really appreciate you to look into this matter.
