[Resolved] The Mobile Store — receiving dead phone from extended warranty | |||
HI I am Nadeem Ahmed and I bought a Sony xperia j from mobile from janak puri delhi and it is in extended warranty from mobile store . My phone has problem that It showing some lines on display and it was heating also, so submit my phone in mobile Store delhi (dwarka) to (Abhay ), in extended warranty and my phone was in on condition and everything was in good condition except these issue and i was told that we will let u know when your phone will get repair, after 10 days somthing i got a text that collect your phone from Mobile store when I went there to collect my phone i saw that it was not getting switch on it was in dead condition and when asked the person who was there n he said we got a mail that your phone is in liquid damaged But when i submit my phone it was in Good condition there was nothing happened except my complaints In my phone and there was no liquid in my phone and he said that there is no warranty of liquid damaged but when submit my phone there was nothing like that so I request you if you can't repair it then give my phone in that same condition as I submit to You Thanks and regard NADEEM AHMED Was this information helpful? | |||
