The Mobile Store — The mobile store not replacing my mobile also not giving me other mobiles | |||
I complain yesterday I bought this mobile form the mobile store outlet now in a accident my mobile get damage and i given it to service center for repairing, now the company doesn't have the original part of the mobile so now they are replacing my mobile with the new one, they had given me a clam latter and told me to go the mobile store and and show the replacement latter and ask for the new mobile and submit the old one Now your outlet is trying to give me a mobile with different colour that i dont want and they dont have the gold colour in stoke they asked me to take different mobile I asked them to give me oppo f1+ and i am ready to pay the uper amount ...Yesterday they said me yes now they are saying me it is not possible After this complaint, i got a call from the mobile store and they said to sent the invoice copy by email and they said to me on 6th may you will get the oppo f1+ mobile (If available in the stoke or they will refund my complete amount) But till now i have not get any response of my email as well as any call for the solution even i try to call them 6-7 times but they are not accepting my call I am really very disappointed from the service the by there fake promises Please suggest what to do ?
