On 5th october, 2019 at 0655 hours i made an online transaction to the mumbai atelier for rs. 4306.00 for the purchase of laser landscape spotlight projector. Details of transaction attached for your reference.
Bank sms given below:
Acct xxxx34 debited with inr4306.00 on 05-oct-19 and [protected]@hdfcbank credited. Info:upi[protected].
I have forwarded several mails to customer care by mail / whats app but no proper reply.
I am also attaching screen shot of mail payment confirmation and consignment details for reference.

Purchased and payments made on 15th Nov but not tracking number given nor i have received the order.
They don't even respond to my emails instead just sending me an auto reply.
