[Resolved] The Mumbai Atelier — Payment done, Product Never Received | |||
Date of the incident I placed the order : June 25 2020 I ordered a Tarot Cards 78 sheets/set - Witch × 1 I paid online using Razorpay and then set my order. They gave me a confirmation email, but now about Thirty days have passed and yet still No Product, and also, the emails I keep sending do not get any replies. I also did send an email to Razorpay but no response was given to me. Weeks ago they provided me with a tracking number but they gave an invalid one that says error while tracking as the merchant has never been in contact. This site should be crossed off as it is a huge scam and I am really disappointed. I would like to request the immediate product or a refund issued. Was this information helpful? | |||
Dec 14, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved I got the tarot cards after months, after I had even given up all hopes. But they sent me fake ones in the mini range?!! This company is a fraud and has been taken down by what it seems on the internet although. | |||
