Dear Sir

This is herewith requesting you to please take corrective action against Concerned agency in reference of above subject, I have sent the necessary document as per agency requirement (which is attached here in complaint details)but they respond me that model no.& IEMI No. are not visible rather I were recommended earlier to send claim copy in single page only. i have sent it many time but this is all about to harass me till the expiry of claim date 3/02/2017. please help me out asap.
