The Pancard.com — No progress in my application since 18 days

I have applied for new PAN Card through the pancard.com and submitted all relevant documents as well as fees charged by The Pancard.com (Rs 379/-) and now it's 18 days have been passed and whenever i check my status it always shows your validation is complete and "Your application will submitted to the authorities shortly. On successful submission a Coupon Number will be sent to you through e-alerts." and also no one from customer care support is responding and not even to my mails. My customer code A3534272.
