I have been a member of TPS for more than one year, I try to redeem my points with my accurate date of birth even then also I get an error message saying "Enter a valid date of birth" and my date of birth is correct and the same as date of birth I submitted on my registration form when I joined.
I have written emails to TPS and they don't read my emails concerns but send me the same an automated response.I have explained numerous times that their system must have deleted or changed my date of birth
All I need is for TPS to rectify my date of birth Was this information helpful? |
