[Resolved]  The Panel Station — Error during redemption

I tried to redeem my remaining balance points as in the form of amazon balance from the panel station. Everything went well and suddenly the problem " Mobile number should be less than 0 characters "
Popped up and I can't progress in my successful attemp of redeeming my hard earned points. Please take some action and help me to get the money.
