The Panel Station — I can't redeem

Hello sir,
I have been using panel station for a few days now and have completed some surveys.
The challenge i currently have is that i can't seem to redeem my reward. Whenever i try to redeem, it asks me to verify my mobile number without a country code, when i input my mobile number it says it has sent me a pin that i never receive and i also notice that the country code that appears is +91 instead of +234 which is nigeria's country code. My email used to register is lorenta. [protected]@gmail.com.
Please assist
