The Panel Station — Not able to redeem my points

Hello Team,

I am trying to redeem my points from panel station but its not going through. When I try to do that, it asks for verification. I verified my date of birth and mobile number for OTP.

I gave my same number which is registered on panel station. But instead of getting call on my phone, I get the error message "Mobile Number should be less than 0 characters." After some seconds, error message gets dissappeared.

I have raised 4 request on panel station help corner, but did not get even any acknowledgement..

Please help so I can redeem my points and continue giving surveys on panel station.
