The Panel Station — Password reset problem

When i am login in to my account it shows your password expired so please change the password but i cant change the password when i type in correct format so i kindly request you to resolve the issue as soon as possible

today i have receive a email from panel station that was i am taking surveys in appropriate manner so your account password was expired and you will be not receive surveys, redeemed voucher,
i dont why panel station is doing like this and i have a mind the panel station is a trusted site bu i think it was wrong, so please atleast send the reedemed vocher please panel station
