The Panel Station — Scammed me

I redeemed my points on September 15th and they voucher should have reached around October 3rd week as per their 3-5 weeks policy. But i didnt received it. i contacted the helpdesk and they are not talking about the problem and straight away blocked me. the points and the time i spent for the points are irreversible. i had to put lot of efforts in the past 5 months and spent all my spare time to earn the vouchers. they straight away refused me giving no reasons. They still have the quality checks for the points before redeeming. i earned the points which passed in the quality checks.
